To complete your Partnership Understanding, you will demand to:

Review the ENERGY STAR Partnership Agreement Terms and Commitments.
Determine a Signatory for your Free energy STAR Partnership Agreement – This should be a representative of your organization who is authorized to bind the organization to the terms and commitments of the Agreement.
Identify your Residential Verification Arrangement – This system will ensure that your homes/apartments are properly certified to meet all ENERGY STAR Residential New Structure Program requirements and reported to EPA.
- Single-Family and Multifamily Builders and Developers will select an Energy Rating Company (e.one thousand., a Home Free energy Rater or Provider)*.
- Mill Builders/Plants will select an EPA-recognized Quality Assurance Provider (QAP).

100% Commitment Option

EPA offers special recognition to homebuilders, developers, and manufactory builders/plants that commit to building 100% of their homes/apartments to exist ENERGY STAR certified. Eligible organizations can make the 100% commitment through their My ENERGY STAR Account (MESA). This commitment is denoted with a special 100% icon and a priority listing on the Energy STAR Partner Locator. EPA's Indoor airPLUS Program

This program recognizes newly built homes that include a comprehensive set of indoor air quality measures. The Indoor airPLUS Program is a great way for ENERGY STAR partners to further differentiate themselves. Indoor airPLUS is well aligned with the Energy STAR Residential New Construction Program, and verification typically can be performed by the same organisation in conjunction with the standard ENERGY STAR inspections and testing (please note that the Indoor airPLUS Plan is non currently available for factory-built housing). The option to partner with the Indoor airPLUS Program will be available as office of the ENERGY STAR partnership awarding process. * For Multifamily Builders and Developers, the historical ENERGY STAR Multifamily High Rising (MFHR) program remains in effect and will keep to exist a certification option for eligible buildings/apartments until Jan 1, 2021. If you are simply participating in the MFHR program, select "N/A - MFHR (just) Developer" equally your Free energy Rating Company when completing the online Partnership Understanding.
